The PreProcessor is designed to help it's users to create Input files and mesh files. The state of the preprocessor can be saved in a project file, and restored from it.

The Preprocessor has the following parts:

The general workflow to build up the simulation, is to create a “Finalized” Geometry with the Geometry builder. See on MZXClusterBuilder and MZXGeometryBuilder. Then the definitions from the finalized geometry got transferred to the Material, Studies and Mesh Windows. In the parameters window the Global Variables and parameters can be set.

If the user added a phyics or removes one, then in the material window, the definition list for each material gets updated, with the default definitions. Each domain element has its unique material properties, which can be chosen from the MaterialLibrary, or define an arbitary parameter.
